Please mums and doctors in the house I delivered my 3rd baby through CS. My baby is 8 months and am yet to see my period though 4months ago I experienced flow but it is not heavy and it asted for 2da only. Please what is happening to me?

Please mums and Dr. in the house I travelled for two days leaving my 7 months baby behind. When I got back I still breast feed but I noticed that she stools immediately I breast feed her. Please does it mean that the breast is not good again. But I noticed that her two down teeth is coming out. Please if the breast has gone bad what will I do because I don't want to stop her breast at this age?
