Good morning doctor and mummy in the house, please my baby boy is 6months old and since Thursday till now he is vomiting, Dis morning he stool up to the extent it was coming out from his pamper, we have gone to the mid wife and she said is teething,so I went to a near by pharmacist and they gave me baby rest, water solution and paediatric zinc sulphate (mzor) but I don't know what to do, please this is my first child. I need help urgently please. Thanks.
