Good evening mummies and docs, this eela has refused to go o, I have used red plant to bath him, even give him to drink, I have used baby tribotan on his body, I have also given him nystatin drops, still no progress. What will I do? Pls I need help. Which cream will I use to clear it from him body? It itches him and he is restless whenever it starts itching him. Pls help me mothers.

I am currently experiencing same.my son has eela for about 3months now.I have used a lot and it worsened it.most of the creams applied causes dryness and that is why it's itches.I was refered to a dermatologist and she told me to stop using anything and that the solution is to keep his skin moisturized.she recommended I use sebamed wash and creamor blueseal vaseline and put baby oil in his bath water to lock in moisture.I bought both creams.the eela is improving and his skin looks great.

1% hydrocortisone works in treating seborrhic dermatitis(eela) but it comes with its own side effect if used for too long.my paediatrician suggested that but the dermatologist insisted I let my baby skin breathe and that it will go on its own.

Add mango and fruit leaf, back of coconut to the red flower, there's another one but I don't know the English name but we GBE it here in Badagry.try those ones too
