Good morning mothers in the house. Am new on this platform and loving it already. Please is egg either boiled or fried good for me as a nursing mom cos my baby is 9 going to 10 month. How often can I eat it? Secondly I did CS and my tummy is still big can I take flat tummy water or what can I take. Looking forward to hearing from you experienced mothers and doctors in the house. Thanks I will really appreciate it.
