Good morning moms n Dr in the house. My baby of 3months+ had cold n catarrh last week which has resolved. But I noticed that her weight has dropped n not sucking like before. Please can I give multivitamin or what do I do.

Good morning moms n Drs in the house. Pls what can I do, am having pain in my nipple n areola, my breast is not engorged but am having feverish feeling only in my breast even when am sweating.
